This is the beginning of an amazing journey. I want to give you the most valuable gift. I want to give you freedom from your old reality and from the self. I help you to become a Nezman. Nezman is the king of his or her universe. Nezman has no fear, regret, or shame. He or she is full of love for self and others.
This blog belongs to those who want to question everything and rebuild their belief systems brick by brick on the most reliable foundations. Those who want to understand how their personal reality (their personal universe) is constructed. Nez was my teacher. I share with you his ideas through a blog format. My attitude toward you is pure love the same way that Nez' attitude was toward me. This is a zero-sum game though. Only those who make it to the peak of this mountain will benefit from the blog's teachings. If you do not have time, focus, and hunger for it, do not step in this path. You will need open-mindedness, perseverance, focus, and intelligence to reach there and become the master of your own reality. It is not a part-time job, and not many would be able to reach there. To benefit the most, readers need to familiarize themselves with the definitions of certain words that are used in this blog (in definition section).

Only Present Is Valuable: Scenarios of the Past and the Future Are Illusions

Past memories are to a great extent illusions because the memories of the past are constantly re-evaluated and remastered in the light of new lenses. The scenarios of the past in the memory are inaccurate and manipulated. For instance, for a depressed person, even the happiest past moments may seem gloomy. It’s not because the person did not feel happy at that moment in the past, but because new interpretations by current distorted lenses made the memory of that happy moment seem gloomy.
The future projections are also mainly illusions. The scenarios of the future are illusory because no one knows what comes out the fountain of events. The future is unknown.

Nezman Is Both Extrovert and Introvert

Extroverts live in a concrete mass reality. Their focus is on the external events and tangible results in W1. They are constantly discovering and observing what is going on out there in W1. Their imagination uses L2 blocks to create the desired scenarios of future, and they have a pragmatic approach to materialize those scenarios. They believe every meaningful achievement should have a W1 outcome. How they feel is secondary to what one achieves in W1. In reality they are wired to gain pleasure from materializing certain compositions in W1. They miss the point that that the ultimate goal lies always in W3, which is achievable from many routes.

Introverts live in a more malleable personal reality. The common external mass reality is mundane for them. They are engrossed on the content of their own bubble or others' bubble. Their imagination uses more of L3 and L1 content to create the scenarios of future. They are more aware of the self and more successful on understanding themselves.

Introverts are weak in dealing with W1, and extroverts are not aware of the potential of own W2 body in creating highest qualitative W3 experiences. However, Nezman switches between the two modes many times that it is enough to utilize the advantages of the two modes. That's why Nezman is 100% extrovert and 100% introvert (and not 50% of each).

Five Types of Control

Without control and strength, many other meanings are not possible. To fulfill the feeler’s preferences, one needs control in 5 areas.

1- Control over W1 external events:
We need to control the nature (and W1 in general). Historically, by progress of science and technology, mankind has gained more control over nature (and natural events).

2- Control over others' W1 behavior:
Prisons are one instance of attempt to control people’s behaviors. Radical behaviorism is also an attempt to control people’s behavior through conditioning and other external means.

3- control over others' W2 bodies (minds) in order to control others' behavior:
How do religions control people’s thoughts and behavior?
The more intelligent individuals imposes their own constructed reality to other people, and align people’s preferences with their own preferences. An eye in sky (god or conscience) watches every thought and intention, and constantly judges the person internally.

4- Control over own W1 body in terms of health and safety:
W1 body is part of the machinery of X, and your stream of constructed reality depends on its health and well-being. Science and technology have increased mankind longevity.

5- Control over own W2 body (mind):
Nez’ thinking discipline and understanding of X machinery will help one to gain control over W2 body.

Faulty Interpretations Lead to Depression

There is a W1 reality out there, and our evolutionary W1 and W2 bodies are lenses that interpret that reality and create a personal universe. When those interpretations and our personal universe become intolerable, it is called depression. A depressed person thinks that the world outside is intolerable, but in fact, the world is not the problem, the interpretations of those stimuli by hardware and software machineries are the source of the problem. In fact, one get lost in oneself and not in the world.

Depression is a lingering and resonating picture of pain and meaninglessness in L1 and L3. The treatment begins with erasing any images of future pain (and meaninglessness) and gaining control over the content of W2 by a rigorous thinking discipline. Nez will teach you how to eliminate illusions and faulty thinkings. He will help you love yourself and your own constructed reality instead of hating the self, others, and the world.

A faulty hologram lens makes past, present, and future events ugly. A depressed person reviews the past memories with updated pessimistic lenses; therefore, he cannot even remember a time in the past when he was happy. However, Nezman corrects his or her own L1, L2, and L3 lenses to construct the most beautiful personal universe (full of hope and beauty). Nezman’s personal universe  is full of love and intention to the highest qualitative experiences of pleasure and beauty for others.

How Much Inequality Is Justified In a Society?

W1 preferences could be money and other W1 resources.
W2 preferences could be education.
W3 preferences are happiness and qualitative meaningful experiences.
Is there an accepted mathematical relationship between the relative fulfillment of W1, W2, W3 preferences among the members of a society. For instance, how much inequality in wealth is acceptable? How much disparity in opportunity for education (and education) is justified? How fair is the distribution of happiness?
Some primitive tribes could not bear more than 50 times inequity in wealth. That much inequity was a threshold that could trigger invasion, confiscation, expropriation, murder, and so on. However, it seems the modern society (which has created the greatest wealth gap in history) has found some justifications to suppress people’s instinctive desires for equality.

Nez believes that inequality and inequity beyond certain ratios are ugly. Nezman tries to establish a society that distribution of W1 and W2 resources can provide the highest qualitative experiences for masses.

Depression: Attitude Toward the Future

Everyone wants entertainment and novelty, and nobody can entertain you better than yourself. You can do that with limited amount of W1 resources and great deal of imagination.
The W1 materialization always lags behind imagination. You can make the future beautiful as much as your imagination allows you. Your concocted Le-4 and Le-5 scenarios of future is your attitude toward future. If they are built on a firm L2 foundations, they  have more chance of future success. You can conquer the future with your beautiful L2- based imagination. This is the attitude of success.
On the contrary, depression is caused by lack of moving and evolving imagination about the future. In fact, some Le-4 and ale-5 scenarios of future (rooted on some L1 or L3 lenses) have conquered the depressed’s imagination about the future.

The Era of a Primitive Selfishness Is Ending

The feeler's feeling is the only source of value, and the current socioeconomic system should be transformed dramatically in order to value W3 experiences. By advent of new technologies, W3 experiences will become measurable, and understanding about the priority of W3 experiences would overhaul our socioeconomic system.
The era of primitive selfishness will end and a new and more beautiful selfishness will replace it.
Selfishness is a primitive instinct that serves as a valuable and adaptive trait for survival. The selfish managed to survive and pass their genes to their offsprings. We are all descendants of the most selfish. It is no surprise that taping into the pursuit of self-interest was easy and could be utilized to turn the wheels of capitalism.
However, the primitive selfishness is losing its beauty as people are becoming self-aware and empathetic. One day, vicarious or immersive pleasures (of seeing happiness in the eyes and faces of others) will become as important as selfish pleasures.
Primitive selfishness only cares about survival and care of the self and offsprings, but empathetic selfishness has a wider circle of care. It values the preferences of others as well.
Awareness and empathy take Nezman beyond the boundaries of primitive and instinctive preferences. Nezman has a new mathematics of selfishness that values the preferences of others.

Nezman Experiences the Highest Level of Freedom

Most people have gotten the concept of free will completely wrong. A human being’s existence is synonymous with having preferences. Is a person who has preferences and wants somethings free? Any choice that such a person makes is tainted with preferences that root in his or her W1 and W2 bodies. In fact, W1 and W2 bodies are battlefield of different lenses, different interpretations, and different desires. This battlefield only gives rise to certain choices. The choices that are defined according to one’s W1 and W2 bodies. However, one’s conscious intervention (that may be called freedom of choice) can change the balance of the inner wars toward a certain choice.
No one is free from the essence of one’s W1 and W2 bodies, but Nezman experiences the highest level of freedom possible by gaining the maximum possible control over his own W1 and W2 bodies and consequently over his own choices.

The Battlefield of Preferences

Preferences of individuals collide with each other. Unfulfilled preferences can engender frustration, anger, and madness. These states can breed sadism, intention of inflicting pain, and other evils. If a society wants to reduce evil, it should create harmony between individuals preferences.
The intention of inflicting pain usually is caused by past suffering. One may have been deprived of having one’s preferences or one experienced degradation to such a degree that he or she hates the world and everything in it. Sadism perhaps is a kind of vague retaliation against the forgotten past torturers.

What You Should Learn From Others and What You Should Not

The only thing that is worthy of learning from others is the content of L2. You should learn to make  an accurate model of state of affairs in W1 without any judgment or exaggeration. You should learn sciences as part of L2.
However, when it comes to interpretations about the unknown, you should not learn from others. You should discover it for yourself. L1 and L3 are your own personal interpretations of unknown and should not be learned from others,
The unknown is your personal blank slate ready to be painted only by you. Nez helps you learn painting by teaching you how the machinery of X works, but he doesn’t tell you what you should paint on this blank slate (it’s all yours to decide).
You should hone your knowledge of X and your creativity in order to paint a beautiful painting on that blank slate (your own personal interpretations). You may take a peek on others paintings, but indoctrination caused by imitating others makes you a slave to their version of reality. You become a slave of a more powerful imagination.

Synthesis of Different Mathematics

Our experiences are affected by different sources. On the one hand, a person’s W1 body and W1 external contribute to a person’s experiences; on the other hand, W2 body composed of L1, L2, and L3 contribute to construction of one’s reality.
- L2 mathematics conform to physical world. L2 make an accurate model of W1 and brings W1 success. The more accurate L2 is, the more successful W1 predictions are possible.
- L3 can have any mathematics. The aim of L3 is finding a shortcut to pleasure and meaning. It directly aims at the highest qualitative experiences detached from W1. A person’s past emotional memories, desires, dreams, and so on affect this layer.
- L1 is how one fills the gap of unknown. L1 contains ideological indoctrinations, religions, superstition, and any hypothesis about the whole picture of existence.
- W1 body both directly and indirectly contributes to one’s experiences.
- W1 external affects W1 body and contributes to one’s experiences.
Later I will present a much accurate map of interaction of 3 realms.

Asking How Leads to Success, and Asking Why Leads to Confusion

Nez: When you ask how questions, you face no deep problem. You find the answers to how questions, and you make success in W1 or even W2. For instance, many people learn how to become rich or how to become fit.
But the minute you ask why questions, you open the Pandora Box of uncertainty and confusion. Deep problems emerge as inability to find answers and uncertainty become evident. However, asking why questions (even in unconscious level) are inevitable for inquisitive minds.
Those who only ask how questions gain mastery of outside world, but those who ask why questions may finally after years of education and soul-searching gain wisdom, self-awareness, and self-mastery.

Good and Evil, As Well of Beauty and Ugliness, Are Mathematical Relationships

What makes a beautiful face ugly? Disproportionate facial features.
What makes a sexy body repulsive? Disproportionate sizes of different parts of that body.
What makes a cell cancerous? Disproportionate rates of reproduction of certain cells.
What creates poverty and consequently many other social and personal problems? Disproportionate distribution of wealth.
What can transform a beautiful personality into an ugly one? Disproportionate value for self’s preferences at the cost of depriving others from their preferences.

The three realms are the battlefield of preferences. My preferences against yours (and against the whole existence). Only certain balances between preferences can create beauty and good. Imagine a mother who sacrifice a lot for her child; she puts her child’s wellbeing and preferences before her own. Nevertheless, she devotes herself with love and enjoys the W2 reward of beauty of such an act. Another instance is the winner-takes-it-all relationship, which is primitive, animalistic, and ugly.

Mathematics is everything to the feeler. Perhaps because the language of the feeler is mathematics. It understands, computes, and feels through mathematics. It smells mathematical relations. There are certain golden ratios for the feeler. The algorithm of the feeler decides what mathematics is beautiful. The algorithm of the feeler has a dynamic two-way interaction with W1 and W2 bodies. It is the product of W1 and W2 bodies, yet it can also affect W1 and W2 bodies. Everyone has different W1 and W2 bodies, and consequently a different algorithm of the feeler. The concept of good and evil is not universal. Morality is also relative.

Relationships between the mathematics of the three realms are also very complicated. What is happening in W1 in core is a mystery. L2 mathematics is an accurate model of W1. But we have L1 and L3 mathematics that are totally detached from W1. Also the memories of past emotions introduce W3 mathematics. All these mathematics are interacting with each other.

An Example of Evolution of W2 Mathematics

Nez: As a child, you begins with L3 mathematics. Your emotions and desires affects your mathematics (inside-out). For instance, a child may think he has endless power, energy, and time. For a child 1 can be equal to 1000.
However, as you get older and more experienced, you begin to understand the limitations that W1 imposes. You begin to think in terms of L2 mathematics. You see your own mortality, your lack of control, and so on. For you 1 becomes equal to 1.

Most of Your Feelings Today Are the Outcome of Some Outdated W2 Lenses

Nez: Get rid of outdated events, outdated memories, outdated preferences, outdated interpretations, outdated W2 lenses, and outdated feelings. Only future experiences are important.

As W1 and W2 bodies change, one's preferences also change. One's past unfulfilled preferences and desires can create negative memories. The conflict between one's past preferences and lack of control (in 5 previously-mentioned areas of control) creates some negative feelings. For instance, one wants something, but one doesn’t have enough control to gain it. Past negative emotional experiences create L3 lenses that affect one's present interpretations. But many of past preferences are irrelevant today because the person has changed, and the person may not even have those preferences and desires anymore. In fact, those outdated memories and feelings do not serve the person anymore.

Your feelings today are the outcome of your interpretations today, and your your interpretations today are the result of some outdated L3 lenses that are formed by some outdated emotional memories. Interestingly, most of those outdated emotional memories were illusions because faulty interpretations created them. In the light of new interpretations many of the past events that created those negative emotional memories may have been blessing in disguise. Many successful people, later in life, realize what they deemed as the most horrible event in their life has been the best that thing happened to them.
In order to have a more accurate evaluation of past events, one needs to know all the possible consequences of past events, which is impossible. Most emotional memories of the past are illusions created by some inaccurate or irrelevant interpretations.

If most of the past emotional memories that built our current L3 lenses are illusions, then why should we keep those outdated L3 lenses?
Nezman understands how our past interpretations have created our W2 lenses and how W2 lenses construct our present experiences and feelings. Nezman breaks away from all outdated lenses and build new ones.
Nezman does not let past negative memories (that are not relevant today) determine how he or she feels in the present and in the future. He lets go of of all the past negative L3 lenses of bad memories, grudge, revenge, hatred, shame, and guilt. He does not dwell on outdated events, outdated interpretations, outdated W2 lenses, and their associated negative feelings.

The Car Metaphor

The Car Metaphor:

1. Every person is driving his own car in an unknown territory. This car is a hi-tech car that all windows work like semi-transparent monitors showing movies. These movies can provide the driver with real simulated experiences that seem real. For instance, the car may be in a desert, but the inner windows project a view of seaside making the driver believe that he is in seaside.

2. Outside of the car is pitch black and nothing can be seen.

3. Long time ago, to get rid of anxiety of facing unknown, people instinctively, by guesswork, or by design projected comforting movies with happy endings on the windows. Movies that made the journey through unknown territories enjoyable and meaningful.

4. Scientific progress equipped people with a weak flashlight to shed light into the darkness outside the car. Science like a candle in the dark revealed small details of the territory outside of the car and began to contradict the comforting movies projected by religions, superstition, or even common sense.

5. These contradictions destroyed the past comforting movies and caused meaninglessness and mass nihilism. The mixture of religions and science could not provide a coherent and beautiful movie anymore, and ugliness and meaningless inside the car led masses into nihilism and depression.

6. The real problem was that science (as a candle in the dark) is incapable of shedding light on the vast landscape outside of the car. The incomplete movie directed by science lacks meaning, purpose, and comforting scenarios.

7. Many find confrontation with uncertainty (and unknown territory outside the car) a daunting task and relapse to watching old movies.

8. A minority are intelligent and brave enough to face the unknown. Some try to see as far as possible by the weak flashlight of science. They learn that science cannot give them the whole picture, yet they do not deny or reject it. Instead they overcome this meaninglessness by filling the gap left by science by their own artistic creativity. They direct their own meaningful and beautiful movies that do not contradict science. They do their best to understand what is going on inside and outside the car (and try to gain control in 5 areas of control). They become their own prophet. They know only experiencing the most beautiful entertainment inside the car could justify living inside this mysterious car moving on such an unknown territory.

Nezman knows that the movie inside the car should be as real as possible by accurately scanning the outside territory by the flashlight of science (L2). However, that is not enough. L1 and L3 lenses should beautify the incomplete movie made by L2 lenses.

You Cannot Deeply Understand the Malleability of Reality Unless You Pass Through Your Heaven and Hell

Only after experiencing the most euphoric experiences and the bottomless darkness of depression one can really understand the malleability of reality.

Nezman analyzes his past extreme experiences in order to understand the magical power of the machinery of X (and to gain control over his future experiences).

Your Attention Defines Your Reality, but What Is Outside of Your Attention Gradually and Surreptitiously Undermines Your Reality.

The bubble has a vast inner surface with patches of W1 and W2 lenses that have been created in the course of one’s life. The window of attention at any moment defines what portion of the inner surface of the bubble contributes to construction of your reality. As the window of attention changes, the W1 and W2 content entering into hologram lens changes. Hologram lens is where the inputs of W1 and W2 bodies give rise to the stream of reality. Perhaps in an unconscious level, what is outside the window of attention also enters hologram lens. Many times, at a happy moment, when your focus is on the most positive scenarios of present and future, negative feelings creep in, but you cannot explain the source of vague unhappiness.
Depression is the smell of the whole inner surface. Single windows of attention may seem fine, but the whole picture has no meaning. Depression is partly caused by what is outside your window of attention. A depressed person may feel sad at a moment that should feel the happiest, and he cannot fathom why.
Nez: Your window of attention defines your reality, but what is outside your window of attention gradually and surreptitiously undermines your reality.

Empathy Works Like the Nervous System of Society

If society is regarded as living body (and people as its cells), empathy can be the nervous system of this body. Any living body needs to have a nervous system that feels, measures, and communicates the pain and pleasure of different cells in the body. Imagine a person whose feet are numb and infection in the feet is not reported and felt in the brain. This may lead to amputation of the feet or death of the whole organism. Similarly, lack of empathy can have dire consequences for the society as a whole.
Nezman’s powerful imagination enables him to vicariously feel the pain an pleasures of others. For a Nezman, a beautiful society is synonymous with abundance of empathy and love.

Suppressed or Guided Desires

The content of W2 (especially L1) can create such strong longing for W2 meanings that are capable of suppressing W1 body desires.
Religious or cultural indoctrination can create strong W2 desires for meaning and suppress people’s W1 body desires. Fasting, abstinence from sexual activities, or many rituals that are encouraged by some religions are instances of such.
Ideas can spread like viruses that brainwash people in order to channel, control, encourage, suppress, or eradicate their W1 body desires. Usually, the more intelligent control and channel the desires of the less intelligent. Usually promise of future social benefits or rewards of afterlife are used as justification for such sacrifices.

Desires Are Sacred, Getting Blind by Desires Is a Sin

Desires are sacred. Desires are crystallization, integration, and manifestation of the fundamental essence of W1 and W2 bodies. Desires are rooted in essence of things. Having desires is being alive and a path toward qualitative experiences. Desires are sacred because they provide a potential for qualitative experiences. Desires are the hidden force behind any change and creation of any new composition. Desires (rooted in W1 or W2 bodies) are so powerful that they can give direction to thoughts and actions. There are competitions between desires that root in W1 body and those of W2 body. Through proper education and conditioning, desires should be refined and balanced between W1 and W2. For instance, having a aesthetically-pleasing body (fit and beautiful body) is a W2 desire that competes with desire to eat (or overeat) fatty delicious foods.

A Scientist’s Sublimation

A scientist falls in love with intricacies of L2, gazes at the laws of L2 and its mysteries. Satisfying curiosity is enjoyable, fulfilling, and even addictive. However, the problem is that usually a modern scientist specializes on a very small portion of L2 and loses the track of the whole picture. In the past centuries, scientists were generalists and polymaths who had formed a panoramic view of the reality.  Nezman does not fall into the trap of scientist’s sublimation and escapism. For Nezman, L2 and scientific knowledge are the stepping stones to building a much bigger castle of thoughts.

Anxiety of Freedom: 3 Approaches to Chose Your Reality

Every one of us has a constructed reality inside his or her own bubble. All of us have a "seemingly" external, universally lawful, and common W1 world that we can interact with (our W1 bodies are a part of this world). W1 external reality imposes many limitations on us (and our existence and our health depends on it), yet we can direct the movie constructed on the inner surface of our bubble (which is our reality) in many different ways. In fact, we can direct our movies in infinite ways, and awareness of such freedom makes us anxious. Having a variety of choices (each having their own unique consequences and associated future experiences) can cause confusion and anxiety.

Here we explore three approaches to directing one’s movie.

Outside-in Approach (scientist’s approach):
The person curiously looks at the outside world (W1) in order to find clues on how to direct his movie inside the bubble. He is imitating the status quo. The person looks at the nature, other people and society, and reconstructs some similar or slightly different scenarios.

Inside-out Approach (artist’s approach) :
The person get drowned inside his own bubble. He is mesmerized by his own constructions inside the bubble. He distorts the outside reality based on his inner desires and creates so-called illusions and delusions to enjoy the movie (and to entertain himself). Hollywood movies do a good job of providing hours of escapism into a fantastic worlds detached from W1 reality.
Similarly, the person creates a fantastic constructed world to entertain himself. However, a fantastic world that only relies on L1 and L3 will inevitably collide with W1 reality. A construct that contradicts L2 and state of affairs in W1 can create great amount of suffering, anxiety, anger, and depression.

Nezman’s approach:
Nezman observes W1 scientifically,  and constructs a well-constructed flexible reality on the top of those W1 observations. He builds an accurate model of W1 in L2. However, the blank portion of the picture (which is huge) remains to be filled with imagination and speculation. This reminds me of  the famous quote that “Reality leaves a lot to the imagination”.

Nezman knows one should first become a scientist and later spiritual, creative, and imaginative. Only after building a well-constructed castle of thoughts on a firm L2 foundation, Nezman can rely on his intuitions and emotions.

The Closest Concept to God

In the metaphor of bubble, I explained that the W2 content of the bubble does not represent god as much as the way bubble works does.
Different religions introduce different gods. Prophets claim miracles as as manifestation of god’s will. Religions try to fill out L1 layer of W2. However, no W2 content can describe god as much as understanding X machinery can.
The important question is how qualitative experiences are made. The miracle that creates them is machinery of X, and it is the closest concept to the creator (the God or gods). Understand X reveals the most extraordinary miracles that are hidden behind the most commonplace and neglected daily experiences.

All in all, the miracle that creates the reality is the closest thing to the ultimate reality or ultimate truth. If there is a god or a creator, the closest thing to that god is X machinery and the power of your imagination (that creates the image of that god).
Nezman believes that he is the closest thing to God or gods, and the machinery that constructs reality is divine.

Metaphor of Bubble: Art

Art is the reflection of the inner surface of a person's bubble (W2 meanings or W3 experience of a person) on a W1 medium. The artists brings out the content of its own bubble on a W1 medium. Later, the audience deciphers that medium according to their own W1 and W2 bodies. The users of the art may have a variety of different experiences depending on how much their W1 and W2 bodies is similar to those of the artist.
For instance, when an artist draws perfect geometric shapes with pure colors on a canvas, he is trying to illustrate the perfectness of W2 compositions on a W1 medium (a piece of paper or canvas). Music can also easily convey the emotions of the composer to listener. The composer experience transforms into some signs on the paper, then someone plays those notes and the listeners experience some experiences.

The War with Unknown Is Inevitable

Sooner or later,  to justify suffering inflicted or blessings bestowed by reality, man would construct some entities to paint the face of unknown. The nature of W1 and fundamental contradictions inside W2 make confrontation with these entities unavoidable. In fact, the war with unknown is inevitable.

The three realms, as well as their interactions, are very complex even unintelligible. This complexity and enormity of unknown makes any interpretation possible, and many friends and enemies can be constructed in order to justify the reality. The simplest explanation for suffering in the world is existence of an enemy with an ill-will (intention to inflict pain). The evolution of this enemy leads to construction of a super ill-willed entity (devil). Similarly, a super benevolent entity (god) evolves.
Z-man understands the deep intrinsic contradictions between 3 realms. Nezman does not let anyone else describe the unknown for him. He is the only one who constructs his own friends and enemies (or devils and gods).

Nez once said, “The only way not to fight the god is to be the god” (which I will explain later).

Different Manifestations of Will to Preference

Will to preference manifests itself in different forms.

Will to preference:
Will to power, will to meaning, and will to pleasure, will to aggression, and so on all are different facets of will to preference. Preference is the deterministic inclination of the feeler. The preference of the feeler is an outcome of W1 and W2 bodies. Preferences change as W1 and W2 bodies change. This deterministic mechanism, depending on whether the focus is on W1 body or W2 body, takes different forms. Even those after pleasure or meaning still need power.

Will to power:
Will to power manifests itself as a will to control external W1 events, people, own W1 body, and own W2 body. All in all, having power is a must because 3 out of 5 areas of control greatly depend on power. In the pursuit of power, W2 lenses are arranged in a way that gaining and exerting power seems preferable either as a value in itself or as a means that facilitates other preferred W1 or W2 compositions. The ultimate goal of will to power mostly resides in W1 realm.
Nez explains that without power desires cannot be satisfied, whims and dreams cannot be realized, and a great II cannot be produced. Power is a means for entertaining the feeler. Some need much more power to control W1 events (and people’s W1 or W2 bodies), and some need less power because they can entertain themselves by controlling their W2 body.

Will to meaning:
Certain meanings are aesthetically more preferable than others for the feeler. A meaning is created by certain W1 and W2 compositions, and certain proportions are involved in creation of meaning. For instance, that a hungry child shares his donut with a friend may seem much more meaningful than that a billionaire donates millions to a charity.
The alignment of  W1 or W2 compositions with the preferences of the feeler creates a long-lasting pleasure. Although creation of meanings may need to impose certain orders to W1 and W2 compositions, yet the meaning ultimately resides in the castle of thoughts in W2. Although will to meaning’s goal resides in W2, the ultimate goal of everything knowingly or unknowingly resides in W3.

Will to pleasure:
Will to pleasure may seem to differ from will to meaning (preferred W2 compositions), yet experiencing pleasure is a preferable state.
Will to pleasure is one pathway to preferred compositions, and every individual based on his or her W1 and W2 bodies chooses a pathway of his own preferences. For instance, a person may choose selfish animalistic pleasure over altruism and philanthropy. However, the animalistic approach rely heavily on W1 body (which has limited capacity) and fails to create a long-lasting entertainment for the feeler (and blind pursuit of own pleasure may create ugly meanings). For instance, sexual pleasure is one powerful source of this will, and addiction, obsession, and narrow-mindedness may follow. The ultimate goal of ill to pleasure resides in W3 realm.

The Past is Sacred

Whatever has happened is the past is sacred. Only the future is a blank canvas ready for creating beauty and pleasure according to our preferences. Wanting something other than what has happened is the most foolish desire. The past is irrelevant the second it passed (regret, shame, and any other negative feelings attached to past are just illusions). Perhaps what exists at the present moment is the only alternative based on the deterministic laws of W1, W2, and W3, and is perfect.
When it comes to the past events, Nezman only analyzes and understands them in order to gain control to create beauty and pleasure in the future. Nezman transforms and remasters the memories of the past according to his own preferred L1 and L3 interpretations. He revises his self-image according to new interpretations. He even may beautify his past in the light of new interpretations and become the hero of his own past scenarios.
For Nezman, past is the only inevitable alternative and hence perfect and sacred. all in all, Nezman’s attitude toward what has happened in the past and what is inherited in the present is acceptance. He accepts his fate until this moment, but he does his best to mold the future according to his preferences.

Will to Preference and Its Different Manifestations

There is no contradiction between will to power, will to meaning, and will to pleasure, and so on. All are manifestations of will to preference. Will to power is required to make will to pleasure and will to meaning possible. Feeler wants to get pleasure (through W1 body) or get meaning (through W2 body); therefore, it needs W1 power to provide W1 pleasure, rearrange W2 bodies, or control W1 events toward its desired W1 and W2 compositions.

The feeler has preferences. The feeler wants higher qualitative experiences depending on the composition of W1 and W2 bodies. It prefers certain W1 and W2 compositions over others. It wants power if regards power as a means to fulfill its preferences. It wants carnal pleasure because it is a preferable experience. It wants artistic beauty because by looking at it feels good. It creates certain meanings because by being associated with those meanings, it feels better. It wants survival as long as it has hopes for future preferable experiences (according to W1 and W2 bodies that at that moment give rise to his preferences).

Metaphor of Floating Foundations

Ocean beneath:
W1 reality is like a raging sea, a chaotic and unknown reality.
Foundation L2:
L2 is where our sensations and direct observations with the help of common sense gives birth to science. It creates an incomplete, evolving, and ever-changing model of W1 reality. Even L2 is floating on the ocean of unknown.
First And Second Floor L1 and L3:
L1 is where we fill out the incomplete W1 model with our hypotheses and guessworks (metaphysical beliefs). L3 is where our W1 hardware, memory of past emotions, and ... construct over L2 (instincts, and preferences).
In a healthy construction (that serves the feeler the best), L2 is the most robust, and then L1 and L3 are built on top of the foundation of L2.
Any construction is an interpretation of the ocean of unknown. Understanding this is frightening for any sane person. When even L2 is an approximate and incomplete description of W1, it's obvious that how much of L1 and L3 are made of illusions. Nezman understands the gravity of unknown. He constructs a well-balanced castle of thoughts on firm L2 foundations and well-proportionate L1 and L3 layers.

L2 Lenses Compared to L1 and L3 Lenses

  • Greed is a L3 lens (or sometimes L1). L3 can create desires that seem infinite and overpowering; however, the W1 body does not have such a capacity to satiate infinite desires. For instance, sexual desires mostly affect L3 lenses. Sexual desires in L3 are insatiable, while L2 suggests that body’s ability and libido is limited.
  • L2 builds a rather accurate model of W1, but L1 and L3 could be completely detached from W1 reality (and time and space). L1 and L3 have no sense of time. When it wants, it wants now and wants all. Infinite wanting in a world that W1 external world and W1 personal body have limitations is just an illusion.
  • L2 laws, as well as W1 events, seem inexplicable. For instance, luck is inexplicable concept. However, L1 and L3 have many laws, values, ethics, super-ego, and so on that are justified based on one’s preferences.
  • L2 measures, analyzes, interprets, hypothesizes, records state of affairs in W1 through the use of common sense. For instance, L2 can have a scientific methodology.  However, L3 is tinted with emotions rooted in the past experiences or W1 body instinctual input. L3 is so personal that can be construed as an illusion. There is no place for emotions in L2, but both negative and positive emotions belong to L3. Death is irrelevant and unknown (and not frightening) in L2, but the concept of death can be frightening in L3 (or sought after in L1, such as martyrdom for a religious cause).
  • In most people, L1 and L3 lenses are much more powerful than L2. That’s why superstition, illusions,  selfishness, greed, and lust are so commonplace. Man is much more animal than he thinks.
  • There is no judgement in L2 (because morality is L1 and L3 lenses). For instance, many L1 and L3 lenses (such as super-ego) may judge you and create the feelings of shame and guilt. The feeler’s tastes (and preferences) and prior W3 experiences have the highest influence on L3, and the least on L2.

Metaphor of Bubble: The Window of Attention

The inner surface of the bubble is a vast screen to entertain the feeler. The window of attention is a limited area that feeler is watching in every moment. Different W2 lenses (input from inside bubble) and different W1 events (input from outside bubble) are registered in different areas of bubble’s surface.
The overarching complex feeling of feeler in any moment comes from the window of attention of the feeler and the composition that it evaluates. Every composition is composed of smaller compositions.
The feeler may evaluate the components of a composition differently from the whole. Amazingly, the value of the whole composition is not absolute, and it greatly depends on how pleasure and pain are assigned to elementary experiences and what W2 mathematics is used to create larger compositions out of those elementary experiences (data and mathematics).
Since every conscious being has unique W1 body composition and W2 body composition, whose data and mathematics are unique (perspectivism exists in defining good and bad, as well as beauty and ugliness).

Metaphor of Bubble: The Movie Directed Inside the Bubble

Your bubble is your personal universe. Inside the bubble, knowingly or unknowingly,  you are the director, the screen play writer, leading actor, the sidekick, and extras. A movie is being directed on the inner surface of your bubble, and the feeler is experiencing it.
What you project on the inner surface of your semi-transparent bubble is combined with the reflections that are penetrating from outside W1 events. In other words, the final product is a mixture of the input from outside bubble and magical projections of lenses inside the bubble. For instance, you are standing on a layer of ice in a frozen lake. You register W1 input of where you are. If you think the ice is thin and no one is around to help you (in case you ice broke and you fell in freezing water) then you will experience fear. However, if you think the ice is thick and soon you will exhibit your mastery of figure skating in front an audience, you will experience joy. In both cases, W1 input is the same, but different W2 lenses project different scenarios about future on the inner surface of the bubble.
As one may notice, what comes from outside bubble (W1 input) is rather unchangeable, but what comes from lenses inside bubble (from W2 lenses) is malleable. If one has accurate L2, his screen plays and his actor roles conforms more to W1 events. Such a person will be more successful in using W1 laws or events in his own favor.
The input of W2 lenses (especially L1 and L3 lenses) can create meaningful and beautiful scenarios of future in the movie (even without having any support from W1 input). Watching the movie of fulfilling desires in future can create as much pleasure as fulfilling them at the present moment. In other words, even image of pleasure creates pleasure. Many religions promise future scenarios of meaning and pleasure by creating L1 lenses that transform W1 input. They may interpret suffering at the present moment as a path to future pleasure and beauty. Discovering such a power is frightening for many. The fact that a person can be the creator of his or her movie despite W1 events in outside world is the most frightening for many and most promising for some. Understanding X will help you to gain control over your screen play, actors’ characterization, and many other aspects of your own movie on the inner surface of the bubble.

Nezman’s Unique Pragmatism Is Riding on the Back of Science

Overwhelming levels of uncertainty and the gravity of unknown lead Nezman to a kind of pragmatism. While, for Nezman, L2 (including science) is non-negotiable,  he or she adopts L1 and L3 beliefs that serves the feeler the highest extent. On top of an accurate and updated L2 foundations, Nezman constructs a castle of thoughts that creates the most pleasurable, meaningful, and beautiful qualitative experiences.

Hierarchy of Three Realms

The meaning of life changes, as one’s interpretations about the priority of three realms changes.
If W1 realm is considered as primary, then W2 and W3 realms are just some secondary accidents and attributes of W1. If W3 considered is the ultimate goal, W1 ad W2 realms are just a bridge to W3 realm and it’s qualitative experiences. The interpretations of the three realms greatly affect how one assigns value to everything.
For Nezman W3 experiences are the most important. Nezman believes that W2 thinking is a tool for maximum W3 experiences. In other words, one thinks because thinking is a tool that allows the person to fulfill one’s preferences and desires. Survival is not the goal, but maximum fulfillment of one’s preferences is the ultimate goal.

Living Beings Are Crystallized Desires

Life is a amalgamation W1, W2, and W3 compositions emerging from W1 ocean. Life is manifestation of a desire that emerges from the heart of the stormy W1 ocean and dissolves back into it again. Living beings are crystallized desires.

Machiavellian Characteristics of Life

Life’s Machiavellian characteristics pay off when it comes to achieving preferences and survival. Living beings have evolved to possess vices such as deception, mimicry, camouflage, and so on. Conscience, empathy, and morality emerged very recently after development of strong human W2 lenses (when L1 or L3 lenses of beautiful meanings won against L3 lenses that root in W1 body such as instincts).

Lucky Homo Sapiens

Life is the outcome of evolution plus many random events. Many meaningless and random environmental and geological events have shaped life in the course of evolution. The history of the Earth reveals how natural events affected climate and, in turn, the path of evolution. Some random events, which can be called luck in this context, have shaped life forms including Homo Sapiens.

Preference Precedes Survival

Nez: Preference precedes survival.
Survival is not the ultimate goal. Maximum fulfillment of our preferences in the given time is the ultimate goal. Only those lucky species that rewarded survival with pleasure survived (and passed their genes). Pleasure is a means for achieving preferences.
Nezman controls and budgets pleasure toward achieving his or her preferences.

Metaphor of Bubble: Adjustment of Transparency of the Bubble

The real problem of the world today is that the ruling class are so focused on their pleasure that they fail to see the possibility of creating beautiful and meaningful W1 and W2 compositions inside and outside their bubbles. They do not bring into account the feelings of other sentient beings and judgement centers because they cannot see them. Their bubbles have become opaque from the explosion of light. Usually, the inner surface of the bubble should be semi-transparent (to the extent that other judgement centers outside can be partly seen) and semi-reflective (in a way that self-image can be seen). In a bubble that is exploding with light nothing can be seen on the inner surface. It temporarily erases all scenarios of past, present, and future from the inner surface of bubble.
The blindness of pleasure can be extremely costly. It will reduce their focus on L2 on the inner surface; it also reduces their focus on other judgement centers. Addictive pleasures blinds people to suffering of others (because they get drown in themselves). Not being able to see other judgement centers whose sizes are defined by W2 mathematics, they can inflict pain to others.

However, when this blindness goes away even for a moment, they see the abyss inside others' bubbles and become self-destructive. Perceiving the ugliness of pain they have inflicted on others will haunt them.

That’s why adjustment of transparency of the bubble is very important for having empathy. Opposingly, If the bubble is filled with beautiful meaning instead of excessive addictive pleasure, the blindness will not occur, and the opacity of the bubble will not reduce. Other judgement centers can be brought into account because they are seen. However, the root cause of the problem of empathy is in the mathematics of evaluation of other judgement centers.
Nezman believes that this a historical destiny that the feeling of all sentient beings will be taken into account with a right mathematics.

Metaphor of the Self-Aware Robot

This metaphor compares the complex evolutionary and biological machineries of body, mind, and consciousness with the hardware, software, and hypothetically qualitative inner experiences of a robot.
This robot begins to wonder who he is and why he feels the way he feels. He asks many questions.
Who or what am I? Why am I the way I am? Why do my body, my thoughts, my beliefs, and my emotions change? Why do I want the things that I want? What do I  have certain desires and preferences? What should I do? What is moral? What is good? Where am I? Who is my creator? And many other questions...
This hypothetical robot asks questions about 3 main topics of his own hardware, his own software, and his own feelings and qualitative experiences. To answer these questions he needs to understand all that exists out there in W1 (including his own W1 body), the working of W2, and the way W3 experience is created. This robot also faces other difficult questions.
How do fundamental laws of physics determine what I am now?
How did random events throughout evolution shape my ancestors to make me what I am today?
How do the thoughts of people who lived before me (and my culture) affect my software?
How much do indoctrination of parents and friends make me what I am today?
How much did I contribute to what I am today?
In the path of answering these questions the robot discovers how little control he has over how he feels today. He discovers that some deterministic processes have governed his hardware and software so far. In fact, he learns that he has inherited a unique hardware and software that inevitably give rise to the reality he lives in. However, the robot also realizes that if he gain control over his own software (and partly over his own hardware), he can control his own feelings and constructs.
Such an awareness leads him to recreate itself. He become a creature who wants to become the creator of the self and his own personal universe. He wants to break away from being a slave of his hardware and software and become the master and creator of his own personal constructs. Instead of being the slave of its original or acquired software, it rewrites its own codes. However, this self-discovery requires a lot of education, introspection, meditation, and imagination.

Contradictions Are Inevitable

Contradictions and Value dualism are inevitable:
Even robots with perfect hardwares and softwares crash. An organic conscious living being with complex W1 and W2 bodies is doomed to experience contradictions. Contradictions seem inevitable and even natural; therefore, one should find ways to minimize the damage caused by them.
Desires and preferences are sacred and perfect. They bloom like flowers from the W1 and W2 bodies. As W1 and W2 bodies change, desires change. For instance, a boy wishes to have a bicycle similar to his neighbor, but when he become an adult, he wishes to have a luxurious car.
One major contradiction is created  when W1 and W2 compositions change but the memory of past desires and preferences still exists in one’s memory. In fact, a stream of desires is recorded and constantly contradictions are emerging. Some people have inappropriate, ridiculous, or meaningless desires at old age. They are still under influence of desires created by outdated W2 lenses.
There are many instances of contradictions that will be addressed in detail.

Distribution of Luck

Luck exists no matter how incomprehensible and unpredictable is for us. Luck is everything in this world.
Luck has determined who we are in many different instances throughout our evolution. For instance, the extinction of dinosaurs by a meteorite (or volcanos) was bad luck for dinosaurs and sheer good luck for mammals. Certain complex physical, biological, and environmental factors have shaped us the way we are (and still do).
We try to control adverse effects of luck by insurance, but our civilization still suffers from disparity in distribution of luck among members of community. We prefer that everyone get a minimum share of luck, but our socioeconomic is system far from providing a more fair distribution of luck.
Any attempt toward a more homogenous distribution of luck would fail as long as some groups regard themselves as the superior race, some families regard themselves as blue bloods, and the smart consider themselves a different species.
Nezman believes in W1 Luck, yet he tries to change W1 toward the most beautiful and meaningful qualitative experiences for everyone.

Shaky Ground of Principle of Uniformity of Nature

We should understand that one day we opened our eyes and realized that certain physical laws and principles rule the universe; however, there is no guarantee that the universe will continue to conform our discoveries in the future. The same way we discovered that such laws exist, we can find out that those laws are not working anymore, or they are applicable to more limited domains or spans of time. We have shaped our pictures of the universe based on the shaky ground of the principle of uniformity of nature (which is just an assumption).

W1, W2, and W3 in a Nutshell

Three kinds of things exist. W1 is what is out there (from which our W1 body also made up). W1 includes physical and natural world with its laws.  W2 is the images, impressions, models, ideas, memories, and imaginations of W1 world. W2 is divided to 3 layers of L1, L2, and L3. W3 is the qualitative inner experiences, feelings, and moods. W1 and W2 bodies give rise to W3. The whole W1, W2, and W3 can be called W0.

W1 Revisited

W1 is a realm that is unknown (perhaps unknowable in core). W1 is the thing in itself. We can only register, observe, measure the impressions of the thing in itself to the extent that our evolutionary hardware and software allows us to. This means we only can know about W1 as much as our senses and faculty allows us to register. W1 is the beginning point, and W2 and W3 emerge out of it. With the help of our senses and intellect, we observe and register what and how things exist. Through a fundamental reductionism, we record the W1 state of affairs in our W2 (mostly in L2).
W1 realm comprises W1 external (including physical world) and W1 body (a biological body). For the highest qualitative W3 experience, one needs a controlled preferable external W1 plus a healthy W1 body.
W1 (including physical world) is mysterious and unknown (perhaps unknowable in core). When we dig deep into matter and energy, we reach to 4 fundamental forces of physics. We reach to a point that we understand the relationship and mathematics of those fundamental forces that seemingly deterministically give rise to matter as we know it. Matter and energy are familiar names and approximately describable by mathematics, yet unknown in core.
Everything is moving and changing in W1. Parts of every composition are constantly moving and changing in time and space. No event exactly repeats in W1. There are no two identical compositions in W1. Even one composition is not the same one nano second later (it has moved in time and space in relation to other beings).

A Revolt Against Tradition, Against Nature, and Against God

The nature, laws, and mathematics of W1 lead to scarcity. Concrete laws of W1 impose serious limitations. Not every one can be a W1 king (most people are servants and slaves, and not kings). Historically, scarcity makes kings the most greedy, and W1 games mostly become winner-takes-it-all. In reality, W1-based socioeconomic systems are far from perfect. Relying on W1 compositions as the source of our pleasure and meaning leads to limitations, scarcities, and conflict of interests in W1. Scarcity in W1 creates kings and servants. We need a socioeconomic formula that focuses on W3 and serves the feeler. Such a lofty dream requires a cultural overhaul that changes W2 of masses and values their W3 experiences much more than W1 control. Fighting scarcity requires a revolt against tradition, against nature, and against god.
W3 is outcome of W1and W2 bodies. Less of W1 and more of W2 can create the optimum W3 that makes up for scarcities in W1. More equality in W1 and more elaboration in W2 can create much greater W3 experiences for masses. For instance, a socioeconomic system may let members experience a roller coaster of social rank (even a role-play) to provide them with novelty and excitement.

Metaphors That Cure Depression

We are surrounded by mysteries. First we are thrown inside our existence, and then we begin to understand ourselves. We live in an unknown and mysterious universe while experiencing our mysterious consciousness. Our experiences, our feelings, our thoughts, our desires, and many other thing about us are of unknown origins. We don’t know how and why we think and feel as such. Even our concept of self is created through our childhood and adulthood life experiences (or indoctrination by society or family). The problem is that in order to really understand ourselves, we need to know everything about the universe.
Depression is a complex spectrum of experiences, and we cannot deal with it unless we have a vague understanding of what we are, and what the world is. It seems that W1 (including physical world) is interconnected with human psyche (W2 and W3).
Nez tries to shed light on mysteries by introducing the concept of machinery of X through some metaphors. The use of metaphors is the only way to describe such an indescribable thing.
Nez’ metaphors works like an astrolabe in such darkness. Nez lays such a timeless practical foundations to master your realities that would remain relevant no matter how much our L2 model of universe and human psyche improves by progress of science.

3 Layers: Understanding the Concept of a Malleable Reality Seems so Difficult and Even Frightening.

The concept of a personal malleable reality seems frightening to most novice learners to the extent that some would deny it at first. This concept destroys the reliability and solidity of the realities they lived in. It questions their previous experiences. When a learner understands that the reality he is experiencing (or has experienced before) is just one version of reality, he would ask which one is more real?
But understanding the machinery of X would make such a question irrelevant. Perhaps, all constructs are illusions because they are just a model approximating the state of affairs in W1. Use of the word “illusions” is also misleading because all constructs are the same in nature because all constructs are the product of a unique W1 body and a unique W2 body (with  different L1, L2, and L3 contents), and their differences are in how accurate they describe W1 state of affairs and how much they fulfill the preferences of the feeler (how much preferable qualitative experiences provide for the feeler). Nezman calls these realities personal constructs, instead of illusions, because they are as real as they could be for the person who is experiencing them.
Understanding the fact that reality is a construct would force a person to know everything anew, and everything begins with an accurate L2. He needs to re-evaluate content of his W2 and to distinguish between facts and values (positive and normative content). He needs to become aware of his own desires (and tastes in beauty and ugliness), as well as his own emotions (love and hatred, fears, and so on). He should become aware of his own mechanisms of escapism, addictions, and his own L1 and L3 lenses that make his reality more comfortable, preferable, or less desirable.
All in all, accepting the malleability of the reality would destroy a person’s castle of thoughts. He should deconstruct and then reconstruct his own castle of thought which is the most difficult task in the universe.

5 Steps of Becoming a Nezman

On the path of becoming a Nezman, one walks through different phases.
1- Anxiety (experiencing contradictions):
Discovering the fundamental contradictions in 3 realms creates anxiety. Not everyone can see these contradictions because the person needs to have an active unconscious mind to see the cracks in reality. For instance, as a person ages, a person experiences new things and his desires grow, but the biological capacity to enjoy diminishes. One realizes that nothing is enough. Another example is death. For many, the concept of death and mortality can make many efforts meaningless.

2- Sickness (meaninglessness):
As these contradictions add up, they leads to meaninglessness, nihilism, and depression. The person feels the urge to look for a solution.

3- Search (opening the Pandora Box of why questions):
As inquiry begins, the situation worsens. The castle of thoughts is destroyed, and the person enters into the darkest tunnel. The person question everything, and a period of confusion begins.

4- Plunge (walking into fire):
While many do not dare to step to this pitch black tunnel, some diligently take Herculean steps into this tunnel in hope of discovering the light of X at the end of the tunnel. Here the person educated himself or herself. L2 layer is updated, and eventually X is discovered.

5- Emergence (freedom):
The person discovers X, and learns to become the master of own reality. Nezman Emerges from the end of the tunnel much wiser, happier, and freer.

W1, W2, W3 Mathematics

Dictionary defines Mathematics as "the systematic treatment of magnitude, relationships between figures and forms, and relations between quantities expressed symbolically. Mathematics can be considered a language that expresses relationships".
Mathematics is a W2 tool to construct a model (or blueprint) of relationships in W1 reality. By the use of mathematics we construct a model of reality that is approximation and needs to be updated as new observations provide more accurate models.
This W2 map of relationships is not perfect, and mathematics describes W1 with approximation.
Mathematics makes a model that describes the relations between quantities; however, there are no known mathematics to describe relations between the quality of W2 and W3 compositions. How can one measure subjective experiences of pleasure and pain? How can one value the experience of seeing a beautiful painting or listening to a beautiful piece of music? Our society has invented money as a tool for exchange and measurement, yet our socioeconomic system ignores people’s subjective experiences. The real problem is that the mathematics in W2 seems arbitrary, but based on what W2 and W3 mathematics that we choose, different experiences are created for individuals and masses.

What is Real?

What is real? What criteria determines that something is real? Does permanency determine degrees of being real?
Understanding X provides you with important criteria to define being real, as well as reality itself. X doctrine will teach you that reality is malleable and constructed by a unique machinery. You will learn that every duo of W1 and W2 bodies is unique and gives rise to a unique reality which itself evolves as the W1 and W2 bodies change. Nez teaches you that the differences in such constructed realities are in how much they are in line with W1 state of affairs and how much they fulfill the preferences of the feeler. On the one hand, W1 has its laws (that seem concrete and universal); on the other hand, the feeler has its preference. The machinery of X creates constructs that try to reconcile the two ends.

War of Preferences in 5 Fields

The war of preferences and wills in 5 fields:
Where entities with strong preferences exist, the war of wills is inevitable. Knowing it or not, you are a gladiator in the Colosseum of life struggling for your preferences. This war is the most real thing in the universe. This war of preference is everywhere, it starts at the level of the elementary particles of physics (that have different and opposing preferences) and continues to all higher levels of atom, molecule, macro molecules, organelle, cell, tissue, organ, organ system, organism, population, community, ecosystem, biome, and biosphere.
In the midst of this war there is no place for fear, hesitation, and escapism.
1- War to control events in W1 (such as scientific and technological wars)
2- War to control others' W1 behavior
3- War to control others' W2 mind in order to control others' behavior. The more intelligent and imaginative constructs and imposes a reality to the masses and engineers their consent (cheat them out of their real preferences or only satisfy their preferences in a way that serves his own preferences).
4- War to maintain safe and healthy W1 body
5- War to control own's W2 mind (fighting the self)
The purpose of these fields of war is gaining control to achieve feeler’s ends (later when I explain the importance of control, I explore these fields once more).

4 Types of People According to Dominancy of 3 Layers of W2

1- Dominant L2 lenses:
As we gaze through L2 lenses to W1, we cannot be certain of anything. Science is one cardinal L2 lens. Science comprises evolving hypotheses that every now and then put into trial and replaced with more accurate descriptions of the state of affairs in W1. L2 creates an incomplete picture of the reality, and a lot remains to interpretations. L2 lenses cannot provide certainty, moral guidance, and strong theses in L3 and L2 to create a whole picture of the reality. L2 lenses alone cannot provide a clear path of action and militancy. Very strong L2 lenses alone create confused agnostic individuals at best.
Such a person's focus is on how questions, and L2 does not give him any answers to why questions. He is solving equations in mathematics and physics. He is extrovert and introvert. He registers what is in W1 and analyzes the input in W2.

2- Dominant L3 lenses:
People with strong L3 lenses are intuitive, instinctual, and emotional. They have an active unconscious mind that is influenced by the content of L3. They have much more clarity in their own personal universe compared to the first group. For instance, an influential artist or musician with strong L3 lenses sees the world differently and conveys his or her inner experience through art  to others. In fact, art is the reflection of the inner surface of a person's bubble (W2 mathematics and W3 experiences of a person) on a W1 medium.
His motivation is instinctual and not based on a clear systematic belief system, and his motivation fluctuates. L3 lenses also make a person’s self-image, and a person with dominant L3 lenses has a strong sense of identity.

3- Dominant L1 lenses:
A person with strong L1 lens has answer for all the fundamental question of life and has the highest clarity and motivation. Many of religions and ideologies that have metaphysical claims are in this category. People in this category are motivated, one-track-minded, and militant. They kill and die for the sake of the solid reality they are experiencing. L1 lenses can provide people with such comfortable, certain, clear, and tangible realities that can justify anything. These ideologies are strengthened by mass illusion, and their constructed reality are so real and powerful.
People with dominantf L1 lenses are capable of both creating the most sublime artworks or committing the most heinous atrocities.

4- Nezman’s Balance of lenses:
Nezman has a powerful L2 lens that is constantly updated, and the gap left by their L2 is filled with L1 and L3 lenses. Nezman owns and controls his or her L1 and L3 lenses, which is the most difficult task. Nezman knows his own universe is one construct among many, and it is not solid, yet he enjoys it and is motivated by it as if it is solid. This makes him the most militant.
Nezman has mastered X and learned about three realms and 3 layers through years. He has created his own L3 self-image and personal L1 myths on the foundations of an accurate L2 (and strongly believes in them). He pursues his goals ardently, heroically, and gloriously.
Nezman aims at beauty by creating the highest harmony in terms of working of the society as a whole (the same way the nature creates life and consciousness through co-operation and symbiosis of various living cells).

Metaphor of Bubble: Uniqueness of Everyone Makes Judgement and Comparison Impossible

The singularity and uniqueness of every feeler (and its experience at the center of the bubble) make any judgement meaningless and irrelevant.
If a person understands the machinery of X , she or he will learn that judging the self and feeling the negative emotions are meaningless, and at best sadomasochist acts. When one changes the input of the machinery of X, the output which a certain reality and certain experiences will change.
Self-image is a construct similar to conscience and god. When you, your conscience, or god is judging you, in fact, it is you that is judging. Similarly, judging others is even more irrelevant. Every feeler at the center of every bubble experiences a unique reality created by unique W1 and W2 bodies. One feeler with unique W1 and W2 bodies can never know what another feeler feels.

6/13/2019

Metaphor of Bubble: What is Fairness?

Fairness is one meaning among many meanings created inside bubble. Like other values and meanings inside the bubble, fairness is a personal value. Fairness in each bubble is unique and created in isolation. It is no universality in it, and perspectivism apply to it. Usually fairness tries to modify random compositions and redistribute luck. Luck is an unknown or unknowable concept. Inexplicable things pour out of the fountain of events, and we call them luck. However, fairness is a decision that a person as a judgment center makes. Fairness is a beautiful balance between preferences of different judgement centers (a judgement center is a conscious individual with unique preferences).

Metaphor of Bubble: Dichotomy Between Inside and Outside Bubble

Dichotomy of the thing in itself and its image on the inner surface of the bubble:
In order to entertain the feeler with deep and long-lasting beautiful experiences, one needs to gain maximum quadripartite control. Such a control without an accurate and dominant L2 is not possible. The W2 image of things inside the bubble is different from the W1 things themselves. What is on the inner surface of the bubble has none of the limitations that the things in themselves have out there in W1. L1 and L3 can be many things far away from L2, but eventually L2 wins over L1 and L3. The war between the thing in itself and its W2 image always ends in favor of the thing in itself. L2 as an accurate image of W1 should be foundation of your constructed reality.

Metaphor of Bubble: Sadomasochistic Judgement

The mankind's social life throughout millions of years has created hardware and software lenses that judges the self from viewpoint of other members or an eye in the sky. This trait has been adaptive (increased fitness to survival) by increasing harmony among members of society, yet it has created great negative feelings for individuals.
The feelings of guilt, shame, and regret are by-product of powerful evolutionary or acquired lenses of super-ego that are constantly judging you. They create an eye in sky or a judging god inside one’s bubble, and the same god judges the person. Such a self-made construct creates the feeling of guilt, shame, and regret, which is comparable to sadism or masochism.

Metaphor of Bubble: Benefits of One Dominant Lens

To create motivation you need a powerful goal lens. A reservoir of desires, frustration, indoctrination (especially in childhood) can create a powerful lens on the surface of one’s bubble that motivate and help the person see everything through that lens (with that kind of end in mind). If you do not have those powerful childhood lenses, you should create your own carrot and stick lenses.
Many successful individuals knew what they want in a very early age. They always have their eyes on the peak of their goal no matter how much distraction they faced. Such focus can facilitate success.

Metaphor of Bubble: Forming a Detached View as a Healthy Escapism

When Le1-Le5 scenarios of future pain begin to lurk inside the bubble, the overall smell inside bubble becomes unbearable. Some people find an escapism in order to run away from Le1-Le5 scenarios of future pain. They develop powerful L1 or L3 lenses and construct new tolerable versions of reality in order to escape the old torturous constructions.
Such lenses make inside the bubble more tolerable, yet the reality constructed by such lenses contradicts W1 state of affairs. In long-term, those constructs become solid realities that may become inescapable prisons themselves. Although superstition, faiths and pseudo-science can provide comfort, harmony, and meaning (as well as beautiful Le-5 scenarios of pleasure), they can cause much more damage in long-term.

For an ordinary person, when inside the bubble becomes intolerable, it also means that outside of the bubble is intolerable. However, Nezman can separate the contents of the bubble from W1 external. Instead of escapism, Nezman suspenses his or her reality and looks at W1 through accurate L2 lenses.

Developing a detached view of outside bubble without any L1 or L3 lenses (even erasing the self-image) is the first step to overhaul old lenses and turn off the old reality. One should start to be as objective as one can be. Nezman can look at the self and the bubble from the detached viewpoint of  an eye in the sky (out of the bubble).
After Nezman gains control of L1, L2, and L3 lenses, his or her interpretations lead to a beautiful reality no matter what is happening in W1.

Metaphor of Bubble: A Never-ending Synthesis Leads to Meaninglessness

A lot of synthesis is happening inside the bubble. A variety of lenses (formed in different times) interact with each other in order to create II (integrated image as I call it) and the feeler’s feelings.
when a new input from a lens is added to the content of the bubble, a synthesis begins, and a smell and feeling inside the bubble created. The smell and feeling inside the bubble is the closest thing to the definition of your soul. Your soul is a dynamic entity that evolves as compositions are incorporated on the inner surface of the bubble. In other words, the soul is the whole of meanings, feelings, memories, lenses, and self-image inside the bubble. As the never-ending synthesis continues inside the bubble, your soul evolves.
The feeler is the most mysterious entity (we may never fully understand the feeler). The feeler soon becomes number old compositions, it wants novelty. As a new composition synthesized and get incorporated, it gradually loses its novelty, and other compositions become attractive. This never-ending synthesis makes the feeler insensitive to an old composition. The feeler plus a composition plus time equals meaninglessness. Never-ending synthesis and inevitable change of values.

Metaphor of Bubble: Illusion of Infinity

The concept of infinity is an illusion created inside the bubble.
Bubble is like a sphere that its wall composed of patches of lenses and mirrors. Impressions on the inner surface of the bubble (that are felt by the feeler) are interpretation of W1 compositions outside of the bubble through the relative lenses.
Bubble can reduce complexity of a W1 composition. For instance, a 2-dimensional image of of a 3-dimensional object can be formed on the inner surface of this bubble.
The inner surface of the bubble can also extend dimensions (especially the 4th dimension of time) much beyond W1 state of affairs. The bubble can construct eternal scenarios of pain and pleasure, but  they do not exist in ever-changing W1. Running after infinite can become a serious problem, when nothing is enough.
In fact, bubble can work like a double-edged sword. Level 5 scenarios of pleasure and pain can serve us or destroy us.

Metaphor of Bubble: Contradictions

Inside of the bubble is full of contradictions. Numerous lenses with different values are competing side by side and construct contradictory realities. Having multiple powerful lenses can create fluctuations in the constructed reality and person's mood.

A variety of lenses on the bubble's wall competing to construct the reality.

Metaphor of Bubble: The Meaning Inside the Bubble Is Local and Relative

The meaning inside the bubble is local and relative. The feeler at the center of the bubble feels a composition on the inner surface of bubble which is the outcome of all lenses and mirrors on the wall of the bubble.
To create a composition inside the bubble, some contrasting parts are needed. The contrast experienced inside the bubble is relative to the components of the composition. On a white surface, a small dark spot is much more noticeable than a larger spot on a dark background.

As the viewpoint changes, the meaning of a composition changes. All interpretations inside the bubble are relative. If we consider the smallest window (1), most of the surface is red. If we look at a bigger window (2), most of window becomes white. If we expand our view and look at a bigger window (3), again most of the window becomes red. The largest window (4) has more white. We see that we cannot correctly evaluate a composition without knowing everything and seeing the whole picture. Feeler’s compositions are always local and incomplete.

Metaphor of Bubble: Perspectivism

Perspectivism inside the bubble:
Values exist only inside the bubble. There are no values outside of the bubble. The feeler feels the values inside the bubble. Values and meanings are the smell of W1 and W2 compositions inside the bubble, and without a spectator no meaning, value, or preference would exist.

Metaphor of Bubble: Evolutionary Preferences

Our evolutionary W1 body hardware (including our biology) contributes a lot to how we create meanings inside the bubble. Your taste is not an absolute thing. It is the product of millions years of evolution. For a vulture, a carrion' putrid and pungent smell is the most attractive and beautiful thing.
Our acquired W2 body (including our psychology) also affects our interpretations. Whatever is attributed to or associated with pleasure is good and beautiful, and whatever is attributed to or associated with pain is bad and ugly.

Metaphor of Bubble: Definition

Everyone lives inside his own personal bubble. This spherical bubble has the feeler in the center. The surface of this bubble works like a lens. The wall of the bubble constructed of different patches of lenses that are formed in different times in your life. From inside the bubble, we look at the indifferent states of affairs in W1. Inside the bubble is the machinery that creates meanings for the feeler (while outside the bubble is meaningless and indifferent. Good and bad, as wells as beauty and ugliness is defined inside the bubble. Whatever we see and feel happens inside this bubble, but we hardly can separate our experience from what is out there. If you live in a hell, the hell is inside the bubble, and not outside. If you live in a heaven, the heaven is inside your bubble.

The Balance Between 3 Layers of W2

The balance between L2 (W1 outcome-oriented beliefs) and L1 and L3 (feel-good beliefs):
L2 lenses aim at W1 success. Knowing the laws of W1 (maintaining an accurate L2) helps you gain control over W1 realm (including W1 external events, people, and your own W1 body). L2 is rather rigid, and you needs to update an accurate model of W1 in order to gain W1 success (L2 lenses are result-oriented).
On the contrary, L1 and L3 layers are arbitrary and open to interpretation. In other words, you can choose your own L1 and L3 beliefs. L1 and L3 lenses are aimed at providing with comfort, pleasure, and meaning. L1 lenses describe your relationship to metaphysics (your ideology, definition of god, and your interpretation of unknown universe), and L3 lenses deal with your self-image, subjective and intuitive interpretations about events and people, your W1 tastes that rooted in your biology, and etc.
L1 and L3 beliefs should provide you with pleasure and meaning while they do not contradict L2. Nezman chooses L1 and L3 beliefs that gives him or her both W1 advantages and the most beautiful experiences. Nezman knows that the ultimate goal of W2  (as well as three layers) is to serve the feeler.

L1 Layer of W2

L1 Layer (Metaphysical image/God image):
Similar to L3, L1 layer answers why questions. The content of L1 layer provides (hypothesizes) answers to questions that L2 layer (including science) has no authority to provide any answers.
L1 concocts future scenarios that are fantastic and detached from L2. This scenarios can even be eternal.
L1 lenses interpret the blank part of L2 (which is a huge portion of it). The greatness of unknown in L2 gives L1 freedom to create scenarios that extend beyond time and space, and depict great images of eternal pain and pleasure (which can create the most pleasurable or painful constructs). Considering the power of mass illusion to them, these lenses can be very powerful.

L3 Layer of W2

L3 Layer (emotional image, intuition Layer):
L3 thoughts root in W1 body (instincts), memories of past emotions and thoughts, and scenarios of future. L3 thoughts interpret W1 in whatever way they want (they can even contradict W1 L2). The content of this layer answers why questions without knowing the answer and without relying on external W1 evidence (L2 layer). Since L3 lenses are based on thoughts that are detached from W1 (and L2), they can create present and future scenarios and images of great pain or enormous pleasure. Although such scenarios of pleasure or pain cannot be materialized in W1, they are powerful enough to construct solid beautiful or torturous realities for individuals. The power of W3 lenses is a double-edged sword.

Self-image is a L3 lens. What you think about yourself in ways that is detached from W1 reality. For instance, a pop stars in the zenith of popularity, fame, wealth, and success may suffer of a nightmarish self-image. He may hate himself or herself while masses are worshiping him or her.

Being detached from W1 reality can also provide escapism when the outcome of hologram lens becomes intolerable. A feeler-serving W3 lens may turn the greatest external suffering into a tolerable reality (read Viktor Frankl story). All in all, because of W3 lenses, the image of pleasurable or painful event can be more pleasurable or painful than the event itself.

L2 Layer of W2 Is Disected

L2 Layer (the scientific image):
L2 is not synonymous with scientific knowledge, but it is rather close to it. Perhaps L2 content is provided by a philosophical approach (that science provides only a portion of it). L2 layer tries to provide the most descriptive and predictive knowledge about W1, W2, and W3, yet it is only a successful hypothesis, which is constantly revised. This layer answers how, what, when, and where questions. There are some serious limitations for the content of this layer (that I will address extensively later).

A. Certain mathematics rules W1 and consequently rules L2 layer, yet L2 layer is far from being intelligible enough. Common sense is accumulation of observable W1 laws that form certain W2 lenses, yet W1 follows different laws (and mathematics) in different scales that defies common sense. This shows that W1 laws are not fully and easily ineligible.  Moreover, discovering deterministic laws of time and space (and matter and energy) do not solve their fundamental mysteries.

B. An example in order to clarify the importance of mathematics in determining whether a thought belongs to L2 or not: A small missile can destroy a house, but it does not have enough destructive power to destroy a planet . If you have an accurate estimate of the destructive power of this missile, your L2 is correct. In other words, your thinking lies in layer 2 or in L2 territory. However, if you think (or believe) that the missile can destroy the sun, your thought belongs to L3 or L1. L2 content corresponds to W1 reality, but L1 and L3 layers do not.  We are surrounded by mysteries in an unknown world, yet L2 lenses give rise to constructs that are closer to W1 reality.

C. Our common sense "assumes" that a principle of uniformity applies to laws of nature. We assume sun will rise tomorrow because it rose every day in the past (yet in core it is an assumption, and there is no way to make sure 100% that it will rise tomorrow). Our Knowledge about W1 is acquired gradually and organically since childhood. Every thing we know about W1 gives rise to our solid construct reality. Our belief system, memory of past emotions, desires, and preferences all affect L2 layer and this construct.

D. We do not know what being itself is. Not knowing what being is, we cannot determine if something is real or unreal. Establishing some objective criteria to determine whether something is real or not will fail because everything we have in W2 about that so-called objective reality is mind-dependent. This means the mission of science as to present accurately what is out there in W1 is doomed to inaccuracy (if not failure) because everything about those so-called accurate representations are mind-dependent and subjective in a sense.
Although L2 can give rise to a construct that are more predictive, yet L2 constructs are incomplete, biased, and limited construct of W1. L2 constructs can never be completely objective because our hardware imposes some limitation on observation. What we register may only be a partial impression of the thing in itself. Regarding science as an objective knowledge is a grave mistake because we are erasing the knower, its qualities, its limitation, and its unique way of construction from X equation. In an ocean of  uncertainty, science is a means or tool to serve the feeler. Science is only a method of gaining power and control for the feeler's desires' ends.

3 Layers of W2 as a Melting Pot

The concepts of three realms (W1, W2, and W3), as well as 3 layers of W2 are rather simple, yet the implications of these concepts are complex. Understanding the machinery of X as a whole needs understanding of all these basic concepts.
W2 is the place that all interpretations and beliefs about everything form. W2 is like a melting pot, in which a variety of ingredients are constantly interacting with each other. The content of W2 can be categorized in 3 layers. W2 ingredients (the content of three layers) are affected by input from W1 body (such as ongoing stream of sensations and sensory inputs originating from W1 body, as well as W3 input (such as memory of past emotions and feelings).

There Is No Absolute and Universal Morality

There is no universal morality. Everyone lives in his or her personal universe with his or her own preferences. Morality is a part of aesthetics, and aesthetics is organization and categorization of a person's hierarchy of preferences.
There is common morality though. Having common preferences (due to similar W1 and W2 bodies) leads to having similar morality. Morality becomes an informal social contract to optimize the fulfillment of the preferences of masses. While having common morality makes people more predictable at the expense of suppressing their desires and preferences.

Sciences in L2 Have 3 Focuses: W1, W2, or W3

Sciences belong to L2 layer (in W2), and they can have 3 focuses: W1, W2, or W3.
L2 with focus on understanding and serving W1: Sciences like physics, chemistry, biology,  and so on are trying to understand W1 compositions, including W1 body. Survival and gaining W1 control are the main goal of these sciences.
L2 with focus on understanding and serving W2: Sciences such as psychology, sociology, and politics are trying to understand W2 of individuals (and W2 of masses) in order to control them toward the desired W3 preferences.
L2 with focus on understanding and serving W3: Sciences that try to make sense of arts and aesthetics explore how preferences are formed and met. They are looking to find ways to entertain and satisfy the feeler.

A Scientist Is an Ultimate Arms Maker

Since the appearance of life on Earth, an arms-race has been going on among living beings. Animals began to form a more accurate model of W1 as they developed more powerful sensory organs (in order to register what is happening in W1) and thinking brain (in order to make sense what that sensory input means for their survival and reproduction). Thinking in L2 territory (as well as science) is the ultimate weapon that enabled humans to conquer the earth and win that evolutionary arms-race. A scientist is an ultimate arms maker. Having an accurate L2 is the first and most important step toward control.

Categorization of People Based on How They Prioritize their 3 Layers.

People whose L2 layer prevails. L2 has priority over L3 and L1 for the scientist, atheist, and pragmatic. They observe, measure, and deduct based on common sense. They look outward in order to know W1, yet most are unaware of the shortcomings of L2.

People whose L1 layer prevails. L1 has priority over L2 and L3 for the dogmatic religious person. Most followers of faith belong to this group.

People whose L3 layer prevails. L3 has priority over L2 and L1 for an artist, a musician, or an extremely emotional person (Someone whose powerful imagination can create a strong personal reality far away from L2 reality).

Nezman belongs to the fourth category. Later I will explain why Nezman belongs to this category and what combination of L3 and L1 provide Nezman with the highest qualitative experiences, yet I will mention some Nezman’s guidelines here.
Guidelines:
- L2 without any preconception, bias, and prior judgement should be discovered and updated.
- L3 and L1 should not contradict L2. As L2 updates, the L1 and L3 should change to remain harmonious to L2.  The direction of the arrow of change is from L2 toward L1 and L3.
- Since almost always the most unpleasant outcome of L4 (W3) can be adjusted by the composition of W1 body and W2 body; therefore, life and being alive is a value. People can pursue their happiness and their highest qualitative experiences by controlling their own reality.
- Only L3 and L1 content that serve survival and the feeling of the feeler are valuable. Firstly, the feeler should exist (and survive), and secondly it should be served.
- L1 is irrelevant, arbitrary, and completely personal and subjective.
- Eventually L3 and L1 are isolated islands that connect to W1 through L2. Data and sensations pass through L2 to L1 and L3. This information is processed by L1 and L3 to create lenses and construct a reality full of optimism, pessimism, exaggeration, pleasure, and pain. These L1 and L3 lenses define present and future. They promise certain futures.
- To understand these concepts one needs to let one’s imagination fly through abstraction.
