Extroverts live in a concrete mass reality. Their focus is on the external events and tangible results in W1. They are constantly discovering and observing what is going on out there in W1. Their imagination uses L2 blocks to create the desired scenarios of future, and they have a pragmatic approach to materialize those scenarios. They believe every meaningful achievement should have a W1 outcome. How they feel is secondary to what one achieves in W1. In reality they are wired to gain pleasure from materializing certain compositions in W1. They miss the point that that the ultimate goal lies always in W3, which is achievable from many routes.
Introverts live in a more malleable personal reality. The common external mass reality is mundane for them. They are engrossed on the content of their own bubble or others' bubble. Their imagination uses more of L3 and L1 content to create the scenarios of future. They are more aware of the self and more successful on understanding themselves.
Introverts are weak in dealing with W1, and extroverts are not aware of the potential of own W2 body in creating highest qualitative W3 experiences. However, Nezman switches between the two modes many times that it is enough to utilize the advantages of the two modes. That's why Nezman is 100% extrovert and 100% introvert (and not 50% of each).
This is the beginning of an amazing journey. I want to give you the most valuable gift. I want to give you freedom from your old reality and from the self. I help you to become a Nezman. Nezman is the king of his or her universe. Nezman has no fear, regret, or shame. He or she is full of love for self and others.
This blog belongs to those who want to question everything and rebuild their belief systems brick by brick on the most reliable foundations. Those who want to understand how their personal reality (their personal universe) is constructed. Nez was my teacher. I share with you his ideas through a blog format. My attitude toward you is pure love the same way that Nez' attitude was toward me. This is a zero-sum game though. Only those who make it to the peak of this mountain will benefit from the blog's teachings. If you do not have time, focus, and hunger for it, do not step in this path. You will need open-mindedness, perseverance, focus, and intelligence to reach there and become the master of your own reality. It is not a part-time job, and not many would be able to reach there. To benefit the most, readers need to familiarize themselves with the definitions of certain words that are used in this blog (in definition section).

Five Types of Control
Without control and strength, many other meanings are not possible. To fulfill the feeler’s preferences, one needs control in 5 areas.
1- Control over W1 external events:
We need to control the nature (and W1 in general). Historically, by progress of science and technology, mankind has gained more control over nature (and natural events).
2- Control over others' W1 behavior:
Prisons are one instance of attempt to control people’s behaviors. Radical behaviorism is also an attempt to control people’s behavior through conditioning and other external means.
3- control over others' W2 bodies (minds) in order to control others' behavior:
How do religions control people’s thoughts and behavior?
The more intelligent individuals imposes their own constructed reality to other people, and align people’s preferences with their own preferences. An eye in sky (god or conscience) watches every thought and intention, and constantly judges the person internally.
4- Control over own W1 body in terms of health and safety:
W1 body is part of the machinery of X, and your stream of constructed reality depends on its health and well-being. Science and technology have increased mankind longevity.
5- Control over own W2 body (mind):
Nez’ thinking discipline and understanding of X machinery will help one to gain control over W2 body.

Faulty Interpretations Lead to Depression
There is a W1 reality out there, and our evolutionary W1 and W2 bodies are lenses that interpret that reality and create a personal universe. When those interpretations and our personal universe become intolerable, it is called depression. A depressed person thinks that the world outside is intolerable, but in fact, the world is not the problem, the interpretations of those stimuli by hardware and software machineries are the source of the problem. In fact, one get lost in oneself and not in the world.
Depression is a lingering and resonating picture of pain and meaninglessness in L1 and L3. The treatment begins with erasing any images of future pain (and meaninglessness) and gaining control over the content of W2 by a rigorous thinking discipline. Nez will teach you how to eliminate illusions and faulty thinkings. He will help you love yourself and your own constructed reality instead of hating the self, others, and the world.
A faulty hologram lens makes past, present, and future events ugly. A depressed person reviews the past memories with updated pessimistic lenses; therefore, he cannot even remember a time in the past when he was happy. However, Nezman corrects his or her own L1, L2, and L3 lenses to construct the most beautiful personal universe (full of hope and beauty). Nezman’s personal universe is full of love and intention to the highest qualitative experiences of pleasure and beauty for others.

How Much Inequality Is Justified In a Society?
W1 preferences could be money and other W1 resources.
W2 preferences could be education.
W3 preferences are happiness and qualitative meaningful experiences.
Is there an accepted mathematical relationship between the relative fulfillment of W1, W2, W3 preferences among the members of a society. For instance, how much inequality in wealth is acceptable? How much disparity in opportunity for education (and education) is justified? How fair is the distribution of happiness?
Some primitive tribes could not bear more than 50 times inequity in wealth. That much inequity was a threshold that could trigger invasion, confiscation, expropriation, murder, and so on. However, it seems the modern society (which has created the greatest wealth gap in history) has found some justifications to suppress people’s instinctive desires for equality.
Nez believes that inequality and inequity beyond certain ratios are ugly. Nezman tries to establish a society that distribution of W1 and W2 resources can provide the highest qualitative experiences for masses.

Depression: Attitude Toward the Future
Everyone wants entertainment and novelty, and nobody can entertain you better than yourself. You can do that with limited amount of W1 resources and great deal of imagination.
The W1 materialization always lags behind imagination. You can make the future beautiful as much as your imagination allows you. Your concocted Le-4 and Le-5 scenarios of future is your attitude toward future. If they are built on a firm L2 foundations, they have more chance of future success. You can conquer the future with your beautiful L2- based imagination. This is the attitude of success.
On the contrary, depression is caused by lack of moving and evolving imagination about the future. In fact, some Le-4 and ale-5 scenarios of future (rooted on some L1 or L3 lenses) have conquered the depressed’s imagination about the future.

The Era of a Primitive Selfishness Is Ending
The feeler's feeling is the only source of value, and the current socioeconomic system should be transformed dramatically in order to value W3 experiences. By advent of new technologies, W3 experiences will become measurable, and understanding about the priority of W3 experiences would overhaul our socioeconomic system.
The era of primitive selfishness will end and a new and more beautiful selfishness will replace it.
Selfishness is a primitive instinct that serves as a valuable and adaptive trait for survival. The selfish managed to survive and pass their genes to their offsprings. We are all descendants of the most selfish. It is no surprise that taping into the pursuit of self-interest was easy and could be utilized to turn the wheels of capitalism.
However, the primitive selfishness is losing its beauty as people are becoming self-aware and empathetic. One day, vicarious or immersive pleasures (of seeing happiness in the eyes and faces of others) will become as important as selfish pleasures.
Primitive selfishness only cares about survival and care of the self and offsprings, but empathetic selfishness has a wider circle of care. It values the preferences of others as well.
Awareness and empathy take Nezman beyond the boundaries of primitive and instinctive preferences. Nezman has a new mathematics of selfishness that values the preferences of others.

Nezman Experiences the Highest Level of Freedom
Most people have gotten the concept of free will completely wrong. A human being’s existence is synonymous with having preferences. Is a person who has preferences and wants somethings free? Any choice that such a person makes is tainted with preferences that root in his or her W1 and W2 bodies. In fact, W1 and W2 bodies are battlefield of different lenses, different interpretations, and different desires. This battlefield only gives rise to certain choices. The choices that are defined according to one’s W1 and W2 bodies. However, one’s conscious intervention (that may be called freedom of choice) can change the balance of the inner wars toward a certain choice.
No one is free from the essence of one’s W1 and W2 bodies, but Nezman experiences the highest level of freedom possible by gaining the maximum possible control over his own W1 and W2 bodies and consequently over his own choices.

The Battlefield of Preferences
Preferences of individuals collide with each other. Unfulfilled preferences can engender frustration, anger, and madness. These states can breed sadism, intention of inflicting pain, and other evils. If a society wants to reduce evil, it should create harmony between individuals preferences.
The intention of inflicting pain usually is caused by past suffering. One may have been deprived of having one’s preferences or one experienced degradation to such a degree that he or she hates the world and everything in it. Sadism perhaps is a kind of vague retaliation against the forgotten past torturers.

What You Should Learn From Others and What You Should Not
The only thing that is worthy of learning from others is the content of L2. You should learn to make an accurate model of state of affairs in W1 without any judgment or exaggeration. You should learn sciences as part of L2.
However, when it comes to interpretations about the unknown, you should not learn from others. You should discover it for yourself. L1 and L3 are your own personal interpretations of unknown and should not be learned from others,
The unknown is your personal blank slate ready to be painted only by you. Nez helps you learn painting by teaching you how the machinery of X works, but he doesn’t tell you what you should paint on this blank slate (it’s all yours to decide).
You should hone your knowledge of X and your creativity in order to paint a beautiful painting on that blank slate (your own personal interpretations). You may take a peek on others paintings, but indoctrination caused by imitating others makes you a slave to their version of reality. You become a slave of a more powerful imagination.

Synthesis of Different Mathematics
Our experiences are affected by different sources. On the one hand, a person’s W1 body and W1 external contribute to a person’s experiences; on the other hand, W2 body composed of L1, L2, and L3 contribute to construction of one’s reality.
- L2 mathematics conform to physical world. L2 make an accurate model of W1 and brings W1 success. The more accurate L2 is, the more successful W1 predictions are possible.
- L3 can have any mathematics. The aim of L3 is finding a shortcut to pleasure and meaning. It directly aims at the highest qualitative experiences detached from W1. A person’s past emotional memories, desires, dreams, and so on affect this layer.
- L1 is how one fills the gap of unknown. L1 contains ideological indoctrinations, religions, superstition, and any hypothesis about the whole picture of existence.
- W1 body both directly and indirectly contributes to one’s experiences.
- W1 external affects W1 body and contributes to one’s experiences.
Later I will present a much accurate map of interaction of 3 realms.
Asking How Leads to Success, and Asking Why Leads to Confusion
Nez: When you ask how questions, you face no deep problem. You find the answers to how questions, and you make success in W1 or even W2. For instance, many people learn how to become rich or how to become fit.
But the minute you ask why questions, you open the Pandora Box of uncertainty and confusion. Deep problems emerge as inability to find answers and uncertainty become evident. However, asking why questions (even in unconscious level) are inevitable for inquisitive minds.
Those who only ask how questions gain mastery of outside world, but those who ask why questions may finally after years of education and soul-searching gain wisdom, self-awareness, and self-mastery.
Good and Evil, As Well of Beauty and Ugliness, Are Mathematical Relationships
What makes a beautiful face ugly? Disproportionate facial features.
What makes a sexy body repulsive? Disproportionate sizes of different parts of that body.
What makes a cell cancerous? Disproportionate rates of reproduction of certain cells.
What creates poverty and consequently many other social and personal problems? Disproportionate distribution of wealth.
What can transform a beautiful personality into an ugly one? Disproportionate value for self’s preferences at the cost of depriving others from their preferences.
The three realms are the battlefield of preferences. My preferences against yours (and against the whole existence). Only certain balances between preferences can create beauty and good. Imagine a mother who sacrifice a lot for her child; she puts her child’s wellbeing and preferences before her own. Nevertheless, she devotes herself with love and enjoys the W2 reward of beauty of such an act. Another instance is the winner-takes-it-all relationship, which is primitive, animalistic, and ugly.
Mathematics is everything to the feeler. Perhaps because the language of the feeler is mathematics. It understands, computes, and feels through mathematics. It smells mathematical relations. There are certain golden ratios for the feeler. The algorithm of the feeler decides what mathematics is beautiful. The algorithm of the feeler has a dynamic two-way interaction with W1 and W2 bodies. It is the product of W1 and W2 bodies, yet it can also affect W1 and W2 bodies. Everyone has different W1 and W2 bodies, and consequently a different algorithm of the feeler. The concept of good and evil is not universal. Morality is also relative.
Relationships between the mathematics of the three realms are also very complicated. What is happening in W1 in core is a mystery. L2 mathematics is an accurate model of W1. But we have L1 and L3 mathematics that are totally detached from W1. Also the memories of past emotions introduce W3 mathematics. All these mathematics are interacting with each other.

An Example of Evolution of W2 Mathematics
Nez: As a child, you begins with L3 mathematics. Your emotions and desires affects your mathematics (inside-out). For instance, a child may think he has endless power, energy, and time. For a child 1 can be equal to 1000.
However, as you get older and more experienced, you begin to understand the limitations that W1 imposes. You begin to think in terms of L2 mathematics. You see your own mortality, your lack of control, and so on. For you 1 becomes equal to 1.

Most of Your Feelings Today Are the Outcome of Some Outdated W2 Lenses
Nez: Get rid of outdated events, outdated memories, outdated preferences, outdated interpretations, outdated W2 lenses, and outdated feelings. Only future experiences are important.
As W1 and W2 bodies change, one's preferences also change. One's past unfulfilled preferences and desires can create negative memories. The conflict between one's past preferences and lack of control (in 5 previously-mentioned areas of control) creates some negative feelings. For instance, one wants something, but one doesn’t have enough control to gain it. Past negative emotional experiences create L3 lenses that affect one's present interpretations. But many of past preferences are irrelevant today because the person has changed, and the person may not even have those preferences and desires anymore. In fact, those outdated memories and feelings do not serve the person anymore.
Your feelings today are the outcome of your interpretations today, and your your interpretations today are the result of some outdated L3 lenses that are formed by some outdated emotional memories. Interestingly, most of those outdated emotional memories were illusions because faulty interpretations created them. In the light of new interpretations many of the past events that created those negative emotional memories may have been blessing in disguise. Many successful people, later in life, realize what they deemed as the most horrible event in their life has been the best that thing happened to them.
In order to have a more accurate evaluation of past events, one needs to know all the possible consequences of past events, which is impossible. Most emotional memories of the past are illusions created by some inaccurate or irrelevant interpretations.
If most of the past emotional memories that built our current L3 lenses are illusions, then why should we keep those outdated L3 lenses?
Nezman understands how our past interpretations have created our W2 lenses and how W2 lenses construct our present experiences and feelings. Nezman breaks away from all outdated lenses and build new ones.
Nezman does not let past negative memories (that are not relevant today) determine how he or she feels in the present and in the future. He lets go of of all the past negative L3 lenses of bad memories, grudge, revenge, hatred, shame, and guilt. He does not dwell on outdated events, outdated interpretations, outdated W2 lenses, and their associated negative feelings.

The Car Metaphor
The Car Metaphor:
1. Every person is driving his own car in an unknown territory. This car is a hi-tech car that all windows work like semi-transparent monitors showing movies. These movies can provide the driver with real simulated experiences that seem real. For instance, the car may be in a desert, but the inner windows project a view of seaside making the driver believe that he is in seaside.
2. Outside of the car is pitch black and nothing can be seen.
3. Long time ago, to get rid of anxiety of facing unknown, people instinctively, by guesswork, or by design projected comforting movies with happy endings on the windows. Movies that made the journey through unknown territories enjoyable and meaningful.
4. Scientific progress equipped people with a weak flashlight to shed light into the darkness outside the car. Science like a candle in the dark revealed small details of the territory outside of the car and began to contradict the comforting movies projected by religions, superstition, or even common sense.
5. These contradictions destroyed the past comforting movies and caused meaninglessness and mass nihilism. The mixture of religions and science could not provide a coherent and beautiful movie anymore, and ugliness and meaningless inside the car led masses into nihilism and depression.
6. The real problem was that science (as a candle in the dark) is incapable of shedding light on the vast landscape outside of the car. The incomplete movie directed by science lacks meaning, purpose, and comforting scenarios.
7. Many find confrontation with uncertainty (and unknown territory outside the car) a daunting task and relapse to watching old movies.
8. A minority are intelligent and brave enough to face the unknown. Some try to see as far as possible by the weak flashlight of science. They learn that science cannot give them the whole picture, yet they do not deny or reject it. Instead they overcome this meaninglessness by filling the gap left by science by their own artistic creativity. They direct their own meaningful and beautiful movies that do not contradict science. They do their best to understand what is going on inside and outside the car (and try to gain control in 5 areas of control). They become their own prophet. They know only experiencing the most beautiful entertainment inside the car could justify living inside this mysterious car moving on such an unknown territory.
Nezman knows that the movie inside the car should be as real as possible by accurately scanning the outside territory by the flashlight of science (L2). However, that is not enough. L1 and L3 lenses should beautify the incomplete movie made by L2 lenses.

You Cannot Deeply Understand the Malleability of Reality Unless You Pass Through Your Heaven and Hell
Only after experiencing the most euphoric experiences and the bottomless darkness of depression one can really understand the malleability of reality.
Nezman analyzes his past extreme experiences in order to understand the magical power of the machinery of X (and to gain control over his future experiences).

Your Attention Defines Your Reality, but What Is Outside of Your Attention Gradually and Surreptitiously Undermines Your Reality.
The bubble has a vast inner surface with patches of W1 and W2 lenses that have been created in the course of one’s life. The window of attention at any moment defines what portion of the inner surface of the bubble contributes to construction of your reality. As the window of attention changes, the W1 and W2 content entering into hologram lens changes. Hologram lens is where the inputs of W1 and W2 bodies give rise to the stream of reality. Perhaps in an unconscious level, what is outside the window of attention also enters hologram lens. Many times, at a happy moment, when your focus is on the most positive scenarios of present and future, negative feelings creep in, but you cannot explain the source of vague unhappiness.
Depression is the smell of the whole inner surface. Single windows of attention may seem fine, but the whole picture has no meaning. Depression is partly caused by what is outside your window of attention. A depressed person may feel sad at a moment that should feel the happiest, and he cannot fathom why.
Nez: Your window of attention defines your reality, but what is outside your window of attention gradually and surreptitiously undermines your reality.

Empathy Works Like the Nervous System of Society
If society is regarded as living body (and people as its cells), empathy can be the nervous system of this body. Any living body needs to have a nervous system that feels, measures, and communicates the pain and pleasure of different cells in the body. Imagine a person whose feet are numb and infection in the feet is not reported and felt in the brain. This may lead to amputation of the feet or death of the whole organism. Similarly, lack of empathy can have dire consequences for the society as a whole.
Nezman’s powerful imagination enables him to vicariously feel the pain an pleasures of others. For a Nezman, a beautiful society is synonymous with abundance of empathy and love.

Suppressed or Guided Desires
The content of W2 (especially L1) can create such strong longing for W2 meanings that are capable of suppressing W1 body desires.
Religious or cultural indoctrination can create strong W2 desires for meaning and suppress people’s W1 body desires. Fasting, abstinence from sexual activities, or many rituals that are encouraged by some religions are instances of such.
Ideas can spread like viruses that brainwash people in order to channel, control, encourage, suppress, or eradicate their W1 body desires. Usually, the more intelligent control and channel the desires of the less intelligent. Usually promise of future social benefits or rewards of afterlife are used as justification for such sacrifices.

Desires Are Sacred, Getting Blind by Desires Is a Sin
Desires are sacred. Desires are crystallization, integration, and manifestation of the fundamental essence of W1 and W2 bodies. Desires are rooted in essence of things. Having desires is being alive and a path toward qualitative experiences. Desires are sacred because they provide a potential for qualitative experiences. Desires are the hidden force behind any change and creation of any new composition. Desires (rooted in W1 or W2 bodies) are so powerful that they can give direction to thoughts and actions. There are competitions between desires that root in W1 body and those of W2 body. Through proper education and conditioning, desires should be refined and balanced between W1 and W2. For instance, having a aesthetically-pleasing body (fit and beautiful body) is a W2 desire that competes with desire to eat (or overeat) fatty delicious foods.

A Scientist’s Sublimation
A scientist falls in love with intricacies of L2, gazes at the laws of L2 and its mysteries. Satisfying curiosity is enjoyable, fulfilling, and even addictive. However, the problem is that usually a modern scientist specializes on a very small portion of L2 and loses the track of the whole picture. In the past centuries, scientists were generalists and polymaths who had formed a panoramic view of the reality. Nezman does not fall into the trap of scientist’s sublimation and escapism. For Nezman, L2 and scientific knowledge are the stepping stones to building a much bigger castle of thoughts.
Anxiety of Freedom: 3 Approaches to Chose Your Reality
Every one of us has a constructed reality inside his or her own bubble. All of us have a "seemingly" external, universally lawful, and common W1 world that we can interact with (our W1 bodies are a part of this world). W1 external reality imposes many limitations on us (and our existence and our health depends on it), yet we can direct the movie constructed on the inner surface of our bubble (which is our reality) in many different ways. In fact, we can direct our movies in infinite ways, and awareness of such freedom makes us anxious. Having a variety of choices (each having their own unique consequences and associated future experiences) can cause confusion and anxiety.
Here we explore three approaches to directing one’s movie.
Outside-in Approach (scientist’s approach):
The person curiously looks at the outside world (W1) in order to find clues on how to direct his movie inside the bubble. He is imitating the status quo. The person looks at the nature, other people and society, and reconstructs some similar or slightly different scenarios.
Inside-out Approach (artist’s approach) :
The person get drowned inside his own bubble. He is mesmerized by his own constructions inside the bubble. He distorts the outside reality based on his inner desires and creates so-called illusions and delusions to enjoy the movie (and to entertain himself). Hollywood movies do a good job of providing hours of escapism into a fantastic worlds detached from W1 reality.
Similarly, the person creates a fantastic constructed world to entertain himself. However, a fantastic world that only relies on L1 and L3 will inevitably collide with W1 reality. A construct that contradicts L2 and state of affairs in W1 can create great amount of suffering, anxiety, anger, and depression.
Nezman’s approach:
Nezman observes W1 scientifically, and constructs a well-constructed flexible reality on the top of those W1 observations. He builds an accurate model of W1 in L2. However, the blank portion of the picture (which is huge) remains to be filled with imagination and speculation. This reminds me of the famous quote that “Reality leaves a lot to the imagination”.
Nezman knows one should first become a scientist and later spiritual, creative, and imaginative. Only after building a well-constructed castle of thoughts on a firm L2 foundation, Nezman can rely on his intuitions and emotions.

The Closest Concept to God
In the metaphor of bubble, I explained that the W2 content of the bubble does not represent god as much as the way bubble works does.
Different religions introduce different gods. Prophets claim miracles as as manifestation of god’s will. Religions try to fill out L1 layer of W2. However, no W2 content can describe god as much as understanding X machinery can.
The important question is how qualitative experiences are made. The miracle that creates them is machinery of X, and it is the closest concept to the creator (the God or gods). Understand X reveals the most extraordinary miracles that are hidden behind the most commonplace and neglected daily experiences.
All in all, the miracle that creates the reality is the closest thing to the ultimate reality or ultimate truth. If there is a god or a creator, the closest thing to that god is X machinery and the power of your imagination (that creates the image of that god).
Nezman believes that he is the closest thing to God or gods, and the machinery that constructs reality is divine.

Metaphor of Bubble: Art
Art is the reflection of the inner surface of a person's bubble (W2 meanings or W3 experience of a person) on a W1 medium. The artists brings out the content of its own bubble on a W1 medium. Later, the audience deciphers that medium according to their own W1 and W2 bodies. The users of the art may have a variety of different experiences depending on how much their W1 and W2 bodies is similar to those of the artist.
For instance, when an artist draws perfect geometric shapes with pure colors on a canvas, he is trying to illustrate the perfectness of W2 compositions on a W1 medium (a piece of paper or canvas). Music can also easily convey the emotions of the composer to listener. The composer experience transforms into some signs on the paper, then someone plays those notes and the listeners experience some experiences.

The War with Unknown Is Inevitable
Sooner or later, to justify suffering inflicted or blessings bestowed by reality, man would construct some entities to paint the face of unknown. The nature of W1 and fundamental contradictions inside W2 make confrontation with these entities unavoidable. In fact, the war with unknown is inevitable.
The three realms, as well as their interactions, are very complex even unintelligible. This complexity and enormity of unknown makes any interpretation possible, and many friends and enemies can be constructed in order to justify the reality. The simplest explanation for suffering in the world is existence of an enemy with an ill-will (intention to inflict pain). The evolution of this enemy leads to construction of a super ill-willed entity (devil). Similarly, a super benevolent entity (god) evolves.
Z-man understands the deep intrinsic contradictions between 3 realms. Nezman does not let anyone else describe the unknown for him. He is the only one who constructs his own friends and enemies (or devils and gods).
Nez once said, “The only way not to fight the god is to be the god” (which I will explain later).
